Boba & Brew is a small business that sells a variety of cold brew and boba drinks such as milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies and more. We are a small but growing organization that would love to grow our team!

Boba & Brew is looking for an individual that has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people. Who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attiude, and to be able to communicate and work well with others and idependently.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies

- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers

- Operate equipment such as shaker machine, sealing machine and blenders

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred but not required

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Knowledge of cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
