Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
