Bob's Paint Land is Hiring a Store Employee Near Vancouver, WA
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Mixing paint
- Deliveries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Unload freight when product comes in
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide support for phone inquiries and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Skills:
-Must have valid drivers license with clean record
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.15 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
