Bob's Home Heating and Cooling, LLC is Hiring a Part-Time Service Scheduler Near Winona, MN
Your main role will be to contact our customers to schedule their annual maintenance on their HVAC equipment, providing excellent customer service. You will also be answering incoming calls when needed and other duties.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A INSIDE SALES REP - SERVICE SCHEDULER
- Experience in a sales or customer service role
- Proficiency with phone and email communication
- Drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers
- Ability to professionally address customer issues and concerns

While not required, experience working in a call center or performing phone sales would be very beneficial.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- A natural knack for sales, with previous inside sales experience highly desired.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage customers and build rapport effortlessly.
- Top-notch organizational abilities, enabling you to manage service schedules effectively and efficiently.

WORK SCHEDULE
Your schedule can be flexible and at different times everyday but we do require 4 hours a day between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.
