Bob Johnson GM Le Roy is seeking to hire an experienced, hands-on Service Manager to run our growing Service Department while controlling costs, maintaining good employee relationships, obtaining sales and profit objectives, and building a loyal clientele.
The ideal candidate must be organized, highly motivated, and have a diplomatic leadership style. Responsibilities - Service Manager:

• Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
• Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
• Maintains customer service records in the computer system
• Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
• Oversees employee training and development
• Ensures a safe working environment
• Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Manager:

• Service Manager experience is desired
• Dealership work experience is a preferred
• Knowledge of warranty procedures, work schedules, etc. is required
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have supervisory experience and leadership skills
• Basic understanding of business management
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
