Bob Johnson Buick GMC South’s Collision Center in Henrietta is hiring now for an Auto Body Shop Parts Associate who will order, receive, process, and monitor parts throughout repair process. If you are a motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities - Body Shop Parts Associate:

• Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts
• Receive correct parts and inspect for quality
• Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule
• Maintain accurate accounting record for purchased and/or return parts
• Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
• Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
• Mirror match parts to ensure we have current part

Qualifications/Requirements – Body Shop Parts Associate:

• Some automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Problem-solving abilities
• Computer skills (at least 2 years of experience required)
• Organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Must work well with others and achieve common goals
• Able to use 3 different computer programs simultaneously
