Bob Boast Volkswagen has been serving Sarasota, Bradenton, and surrounding areas for many years. This role has a wide variety of billing responsibilities in our Business Office. In the Billing department your job would be to accurately record the sales, profit and commission on all sold units, and maintain accurate accounting of vehicle inventories.
Responsibilities of the Billing Clerk:

• Prepare and submit tax & title work including processing tax and title documents and registering new & used vehicles in and out of state.
• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
• Post vehicle sales and purchases.
• Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
• Costing and finalizing deals to accounting.
• Read and interpret legal documents.
• Schedule Reconciliation.
• Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned

Skills/Requirements:

• 3 years of automotive accounting and billing experience
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
• Working knowledge of dealership documents
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• APD/CDK experience Preferred
