**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership sales, outbound sales, and sales management. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals. - Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive performance. - Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor sales metrics, and report on progress towards targets. - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and negotiate deals to ensure customer satisfaction. - Utilize math skills to analyze sales data, forecast future sales trends, and make informed decisions. - Provide sales support by resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in dealership or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong public speaking skills to present products/services effectively to potential customers. - Ability to lead a team effectively, foster a positive work environment, and drive results through others. - Proficiency in outbound sales techniques and strategies to generate leads and close deals successfully. - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders effectively.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
