Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The Café Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding café experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of café operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train, supervise, and schedule café staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Implement and enforce food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Analyze sales data and adjust operations as necessary to meet financial targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café to create a pleasant dining environment.
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and maintain positive relationships.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and financial analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Extensive experience in the food industry with knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register system (POS) for accurate transactions.
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid math skills for inventory tracking, sales analysis, and financial reporting.

Pay: $22.18 - $23.07 per hour
