Senior Software Developer (Infrastructure)

Boarhog LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer (Infrastructure) to join our new multi-company Software Engineering Team responsible for developing next generation signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare systems for the Department of Defense. Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals on a program that leverages the best practices in Model-Based Systems Engineering and Agile software development to deliver state of the art capability in support of our nation’s warfighters.

You will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. Our warfighters are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security from the increasingly sophisticated and complex threats of our adversaries.

As someone who thinks outside the box, you’ll enjoy creating/ implementing solutions to interesting engineering problems. Using DevSecOps methodologies, you’ll identify constraints and employ creative solutions to break bottlenecks, improve processes, and create efficiencies. Rather than performing repetitive manual tasks you’ll find ways to make automation do the heavy lifting. You will code software using industry standard tools, testing frameworks, CI infrastructure, automated deployments, and design scalable maintenance practices. Your experience with Linux as a real time operating system, bash shell, and scripting in languages such as Python will be indispensable assets.

ADDITIONAL SELECTION CONSIDERATIONS:

The position requires a Top-Secret clearance. As such, an acceptable candidate must possess an active TS clearance and be SCI Eligible. Boarhog's Facility Security Officer will request and receive the SCI Eligibility determination from vetting prior to Boarhog issuing a contingent offer letter.
