Boarhog LLC has an immediate opening for a Mid to Senior Electronics Technician specializing in Tactical Data Links to support the NIWC PAC TDL ISEA

Education: Associate Degree in Electrical and Electronics 

Basic Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in direct support of the TDL systems as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of CDLMS/NGC2P/JTIDS/MIDS/MOS and TDL support. All categories of experience may be accumulated concurrently. For example, if the candidate worked while going to school, the work and education time are credited concurrently.

Specialized Experience: Experience in providing technical consultation via distant and On-site support to challenging Fleet Support technical issues in the Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS), Next Generation Command and Control Processor (NGC2P) as well as the Link-16 Terminals. Assist in the design of system improvements for CDLMS and NGC2P requiring experience in the integration and testing of these systems with knowledge of fabricating cables IAW Military Standards to meet schedule delivery of systems to U.S. Navy and Host FMS countries.

Duties: Provide technical consultation to challenging Fleet Support scenarios on the Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS) and the Next Generation Command and Control Processor (NGC2P) as well as the JTIDS and MOS Link-16 Terminals along with the newer systems scheduled for delivery. Assist in the design improvements for CDLMS and NGC2P and the integration and testing of these systems before delivery to U.S. and FMS host nations. Inspect fabricated cable assemblies and integrate them into the system IAW MILSPEC Standards. This position may require travel to multiple locations throughout the world for SOVT and CASREP assistance, while at the same time providing distant support trouble-shooting services to the Fleet.

Applicants must be eligible to obtain a SECRET clearance. Applicants will work with Boarhog's Facility Security Officer to submit the requisite application for a Secret clearance if the applicant does not already possess that level of clearance.
