Boarding Pass Coffee is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Alpharetta-area locations. If you have a passion for coffee, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in managing a drive-through coffee shop, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Alpharetta-area coffee shops.

- Ensure high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a motivated team.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

- Implement and uphold health and safety standards.

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.

- Handle financial responsibilities, including budgeting and cost control.

- Foster a positive work environment and ensure a strong team morale.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience managing a drive-through coffee shop is highly preferred.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Proven ability to manage financial aspects of the business.

- Knowledge of coffee and related products.

- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and evenings.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
