Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting, financial report writing, and general ledger accounting. Experience with financial concepts, regulatory reporting, and financial management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Prepare the daily cash deposit to be taken to the bank.
• Provide change for operating departments.
• Reconcile credit cards and cash to the bank statement daily.
• Prepare daily revenue report for distribution.
• Assist guests over the telephone.
• Handle credit card charge backs in a timely manner.
• Assist co-workers when needed.
• Perform credit checks for requested direct billing privilege.
• Process travel agent checks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in auditing, preferably in public accounting
- Knowledge of SOX, GAAP, and other relevant regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and accounting software
