We are looking for team members to join a family run business operating in Fort Myers for over 45 years. Our company is licensed all electrical and specializes in whole house backup power generators. Our Electricians serve the customers by providing general electrical repair, generator install, services and sales with an emphasis on quality of work, performed efficiently and following all applicable local and national codes. Always deliver exceptional customer service by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention creating a positive memory of their service experience.

Earning Potential:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Coaching and support to your career growth an experienced management team

Job Duties:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues in relation to electrical problems and installations.
  • Offer recommendations on repairs/replacements.
  • Perform repairs/replacement of electrical related items such as:
    • Light Fixtures
    • Switches /Receptacles
    • Circuit wiring
    • Breakers
    • Breaker /fuse panels
    • Electrical service metering equipment
    • Perform routine maintenance inspections
    • Access areas of the building being serviced, such as, but not limited to crawl spaces and attic areas.
  • Proficiently use tools necessary to perform necessary task, such as meters, power tools, hand tools, and ladders.
  • Maintain necessary stock levels, tools, and equipment in company-provided vehicle.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

Have what it Takes?

  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience for Service Electricians with residential and/or commercial experience. Generator experience is a plus
  • Certification/Licenses:
    • Valid Driver's License in good standing
    • Generator Certificate is a plus.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English
