Bo Peep Daycare is Hiring an Infant/Toddler room teacher Near San Antonio, TX

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate learning through various activities and ensure the well-being and safety of the children under your care.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment
- Keep accurate records of each child's progress and development

Skills:
- Previous experience working with young students in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and structured learning environment
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to engage children in interactive and age-appropriate activities
- Understanding of child development stages and milestones
- First aid certification is preferred but not required

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is highly desirable
- Passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow
