We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Execution Support Desk Associate to join our Pershing Execution Support Desk. This role will be available for the following office location: Lake Mary, FL – as a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Handle client inquiries related to OTC, listed and option electronic order flow such as status requests, quotes, price checks, bust requests, and assistance with order entry.
• Act as liaison between the firms IBD's and the various execution venues.
• Interact daily with Broker Dealer, Advisors, and Asset Manager clients.
• Assist with the processing of corporate actions for Good Till Cancel open orders (splits, name changes, cash dividends, stock dividends etc.)
• Answer service center requests related to same day executions (busts, account and commission corrections). 
• Work with large or complex client accounts or products.
• Utilize advanced execution tools such as order management systems (OMS), algorithmic suites of products, smart order routers and a network of liquidity providers.
• Maintain broad expertise in all product offerings and work in a consultative nature with clients to troubleshoot issues and field inquires.
• Manage risk associated with trades.
• Identify problems and provide solutions within established trading strategies and procedures.
• Execute small U.S. Listed Option and Equity orders.
• Collaborate with internal compliance, credit and risk functions on execution and trading related matters and functions.
• Provides guidance to less experienced Traders as needed.
• Work on as part of a team on Support Desk related projects and process improvements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
• FINRA SIE and Series 7, 63
