We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Technology Control Management I to join our Clearing, Markets & Issuer Services Technology team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Maintains a meaningful set of metrics using data from central repository and other internal information sources
• Maintains process and pipeline to collect key data/metrics and compile into operational dashboards
• Communicates effectively with technical and business staff
• Develops reports and prepares and delivers both informational and decision-seeking presentations
• Supports Risk Framework practices and Uses in-depth knowledge of information technology, risk and control frameworks, risk and control theory and practice, and controls implementation and assessment to determine potential risks to the organization
• Supports analysis and draws conclusions in order to recommend and direct any resulting change needed to mitigate risk
• Responsible for implementing risk framework and identifying, analyzing, monitoring, reporting, and minimizing information technology risks
• Consult and advise on all technology risk matters 
• Supports related risk programs: audit response, regulatory inquiry and response, etc. 
• Manages complex projects that involve working with the businesses to improve controls to mitigate any deficiencies 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization and data storytelling; experience with reporting & visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication 
• Communications and organization skills; team work skills 
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus 
• CISA, CISSP or CRISC and ISACA certifications preferred
