We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analytics Adoption and Literacy Product Owner join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, or New York, NY (Hybrid - In office) 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Consult with exec and senior stakeholders to analyze, define, and prioritize the business requirements and functional specifications for the analytics group within a highly complex strategic global program. 
  • Cross Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and UX designers, to ensure the successful integration of analytics literacy products into existing systems and workflows.
  • Training and Enablement: Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance the organization's overall data literacy, providing tailored resources and workshops that empower employees to leverage analytics effectively in their roles.
  • Performance Metrics and Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of analytics adoption initiatives. Continuously optimize data product and strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize impact.
  • Work closely with Client Advisory teams to be the voice of analytics in client centric initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required.
  • Cash Management or Treasury services experience preferred.
  • Any visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI) and complex data query writing experience preferred.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $93,000 and $118,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
