We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Compliance & Controlto join our Pershingteam. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA / Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Coordinating the completion of comprehensive Annual Compliance Risk Assessments.
• Conducting oversight and reporting of Mandatory Compliance Monitoring.
• Coordination and creation of the Annual Compliance Plan.
• Coordination of Business Compliance Officers across multiple legal entities to ensure consistency and approach towards Business Compliance Officer obligations.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Compliance, Financial Services or Audit background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or experience.
• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
• Self-starting collaborator with ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal oversight.
