We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Team Lead to join our Bank Custody Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Provides clearance and settlement support for Bank Custody Solutions to internal business lines and external investment advisors, trust companies, and institutions serving private wealth and foundation clients. 
• This candidate will have focus on supporting all aspects of global clearance activities including but not limited to transaction processing, exception monitoring and resolution, settlement monitoring and fail resolution.
• This position will also assist in certain administrative activities including but not limited to ensuring P&P and desk procedures are kept current and are reviewed regularly and reviewing daily reporting to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Accurately troubleshooting issues across multiple platforms to ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• The successful candidate will have 7 years’ experience in financial services with experience in settlement operations preferred.
• Self-starting, collaborate with others, internal and external, on varying activities such as, researching and resolving exceptions, providing outstanding customer service via email and telephone, assisting team mates as necessary, some transaction entry, et al.
• Ability to lead others for complex issue resolution and projects is preferred.
