We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Engineering Commercialization Product Manager to join our Engineering Management & Strategy, Strategy Analytics & Execution team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

• Define and communicate the product launch vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute the product launch plan, including the launch timeline, budget, resources, deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets the quality, usability, and performance standards.
• Track and measure the product performance and customer satisfaction, and use data and feedback to make informed decisions.
• Recommend and implement product improvements and optimizations based on data and feedback.
• Partner with the Commercialization Market Analyst on staying informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. 
• Deep domain knowledge of the principles and practices of product management and commercialization is required.
• Experience in using various tools and agile methodology for product development, such as product lifecycle and analytic tools, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and people skills as you translate and conceptualize functional features, articulate product roadmaps, and align stakeholders and cross functional teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to prioritize and balance multiple product development and design-specific responsibilities as product priorities evolve.
• Product Management certifications are a plus.
