We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Treasury Services Client Insight & Innovation team. This role is primarily located in Pittsburgh, PA – Flex Hybrid, In Office.

You will join a dynamic group and impact all parts of the Client Insight & Innovation team to build the foundations of your Treasury Services career. As a Generalist you can expect to learn all aspects of the business by deploying your skills and learnings in a multidate of ways, from content creation, to project management as well as integral to your success client engagement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Develop skill sets across Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Partnerships, Cash Management & Real Time Treasury and engage in cross business projects and platforms as a generalist.
• Provide coverage to specific initiatives, and projects across the group.
• Assist the team to create internal and external (as needed) material and be a specialist during the project lifecycle.
• Help your lead team members to capture, document and develop business processes, improvement in productivity, business planning as well as monthly reporting on projects/programs.
• Stay up to date on banking industry, Fintech and external sources to bring ideas/thoughts to discussions and projects.
• Where required act as a subject matter expert of Treasury Service strategic initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• A self-starter with an ambitious drive to learn and grow in a diverse, teaming environment.
• Willing to learn on the fly and be a team player across multiple projects and programs.
• Be data driven, but importantly focused on delivery of outcomes through data and analytics.
• Be proficient in Excel & PowerPoint and other key tools relevant to research & analytics.
• Experience Treasury Services is preferred but not critical as you will have visibility into all aspects of product and services.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 5-7 years of related experience (preferred).
