We’re seeking a future team member for the role in the Global Finance Leadership Program in New York (NY) and Pittsburgh (PA).

Global Finance Leadership Program

The 24-month leadership program is focused on developing the future leaders of the financial services industry. Through projects across the finance line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY Mellon's entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. In each of these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY Mellon and its clients, while receiving personalized career guidance and support from a dedicated executive mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high impact roles in multiple functions within Finance.

Corporate Finance rotations may focus on financial analysis, modelling, compliance, project management, or analytics. Participating functions include:

Controller

Corporate Tax

Corporate Treasury

Investor Relations

Financial Management & Analytics

Chief Investment Officer Team

Line of Business CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Teams

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred; however open to all majors with an individual interested in the financial services industry
• Individuals who will be graduating in December 2023 through August 2024
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Well-rounded and balanced background including demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.
