Exciting opportunity to grow with a quickly expanding facility maintenance company. Headquartered out of Buffalo - we now cover the New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Georgia and Florida markets. We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature.
We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in this field and those that possess attention to detail, time management, and take pride in their work. HR/Payroll experience preferred.
The human resources duties will include recruitment, onboarding and orientation, benefit administration, employee handbook administration, and performance reviews.
Payroll duties will include auditing and entering our employee's hours into our payroll processing system, managing benefits withholding, garnishments and levies, new hire reports, wage and hour law compliance, and vacation and sick time reporting.
