Starting Salary Range $57,996 - $78,906
Job Summary: The Airfield Electrician is responsible for maintaining runway, taxiway, beacons, weather monitoring systems, illuminated signs, and other special airport lighting systems in accordance with codes, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards, and other requirements. Other responsibilities include inspecting and improving electrical facility installations, maintenance, and repairs; and maintaining motors, relays, circuit breakers, regulators, and other electrical components of the lighting and mechanical systems.
