Job Description:
BMWL Partners is seeking enthusiastic full-time field and campaign coordinators to work with Bay Area candidates, key stakeholders and their teams to support campaigns for the upcoming November General Election. You will work closely with the client and consulting team to win. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get more involved in politics in the Bay Area, either because you want to further a career in political campaigns or because you are invested in the community's future.
A good candidate for this role is a self-starter who can problem-solve yet knows when to ask questions. We are looking for candidates passionate about political campaigns, communications and/or public service who are excited to dive in and further their political campaign skills. You will work with an incredibly experienced consulting team and driven clients who will provide direction and resources. We are looking for driven candidates who can see when you need to fill in or motivate others, and are detail-oriented, organized, and flexible enough to think on your feet.
This is also a terrific opportunity to get a 360-degree view of how a political campaign is structured from the inside. You will work with campaign professionals who have collectively won hundreds of campaigns and who share decades of experience in this field.

Qualifications:
A proven ability to communicate and motivate others and an excellent work ethic are key to success in this role. You must be able to work within a team, have proven leadership ability and experience handling the pressure of an election cycle. Strong self-direction and the ability to take initiative are also necessary qualifications, alongside the ability to admit when you don’t understand a direction or how to achieve a goal. Previous campaign experience is not required, but candidates with field organizing or administrative experience for a principal are a big plus. This role may require the ability to drive and regular access to a car.
*Must be comfortable with an in-person/remote work hybrid. Must also have the ability to be present in the district and with the campaign regularly.
