BMW Northwest is the first BMW retailer in western Washington and is a part of the Scharmach Automotive Group. As a family-owned company, we have been offering the complete range of new BMW vehicles since 1968. We are conveniently located in Fife and serve the surrounding areas including Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue, Lakewood, and Olympia. We are looking for people with excellent people skills, enthusiasm, and drive to join our team and to grow with our expanding dealership. We will train the right individual to make sure that they are given the right tools to succeed in this business.

We are looking for an energetic person to join our team at BMW Northwest Parts. This position is crucial to the success of both the service department and parts.

Hours

• Day shift
• Full time 
• Tuesday - Saturday 
• 8am - 5pm

Job duties are as follows:

• Expedite the delivery of parts to technician.
• Look up parts and bill to existing Repair Order.
• Process overnight orders and stock orders.
• Flagging the appropriate stage in Parts MPI.
• Helping at the front counter for retail purchases.
• Stock shelves and adjust inventory when discrepancies are found.
• Ensure the work area is clean and orderly.
• Help with new stock, assigning bins and quantities.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Able to communicate with staff in a timely manner when a situation arises.
