As a Service Loaner Car Coordinator, you will be checking guests out in loaner vehicles, performing walk arounds for damages before the guest leaves and when they return.

We will rely on you to help in the following ways :

• Reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction - checking in guest, coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
• Making sure vehicle are clean and ready.
• Possible test driving of other vehicles in your down time.
• Organizing various activities behind-the-scenes

Responsibilities :

• Organize, greets and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
• Offer Vehicle Service Contracts to customer about to be out of factory warranty
• Other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
• Learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service.

• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Previous sales experience is a PLUS!
