KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Service Acquisition Specialist is a trusted position in providing remarkable experiences. As a Service Acquisition Specialist, you interact and consult with customers, utilize dealership systems to complete follow-up and provide the highest level of customer service to build long-term business. Fox Motors is looking for a Service Acquisition Specialist that is competitive, career-focused, and has a drive to be innovative in a professional and dynamic sales environment. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Greet service customers
• Provide welcoming experience at luxury automotive dealership 
• Generate appraisals on service lane
• Work with sales manager on target vehicles 
• Follow up with service customers daily, via email, phone and text.
• Stock in purchased vehicles 
• Track purchases, appraisals and communication with guests. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
• Remarkable communication and customer service skills.
• Team oriented attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Valid driver’s license.
