Broward Motorsports of Jupiter is seeking a full time Receptionist & Counter Sales Associate to join our outstanding team. The role will assist our customers by guiding them to the correct department on their initial inquiry, as well as assisting them with parts and accessories requests.

Prior powersports parts sales experience is a plus but not required – even with prior experience we are looking for a motivated and professional individual willing to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

• Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present oneself in a professional manner.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer.
• Attention to detail.
• Frequently required to bend, climb, stoop, crouch, reach and lift 50lbs of material.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct department.
• Take customer messages for inbound phone calls when a department is busy.
• Complete customer inquiries about current in-stock parts and accessories.
• Complete customer inquiries about orders on out-of-stock parts and accessories.
• Check incoming parts & accessories into inventory.
• Use problem solving skills to assist customers without unnecessarily referring them to other staff members.
• Shelve new stock, inform buyers of fast & slow selling stock, maintain thorough knowledge of inventory.
• Maintain reception and parts sales counter in a clean & organized fashion.
