We are currently searching for highly experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians (A/Journeyman level) to join our team in Ventura. BMI specializes in proactive care for critical HVAC and mechanical systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will have the opportunity to work in healthcare, manufacturing, oil & gas, data centers, and more.

Qualified candidates must have strong service and troubleshooting capabilities for COMMERCIAL HVAC equipment, particularly chillers, VFV, and VRV systems; experience with winery and brewery refrigeration is preferred. We need professionals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a team-centered spirit. You'll be part of a growing company that already services the Central Coast, San Joaquin Valley, and Northern Los Angeles. BMI is also a member of the global Linc Service network, providing best-in-class training, tools, and processes for proactive HVAC care. You'll receive paid professional training and the opportunity to network with other Linc contractors across the country.

Work Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required

Pay Scale: $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Our top technicians are making over $100k yearly!

Required Qualifications:

7 years of commercial or industrial HVAC-R service experience2 years of service management experience is preferredAbility to troubleshoot chillers, VFV, and VRV systemsWinery and brewery refrigeration experience is a huge plusExperience with glycol systems is preferred Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - preferredEPA Universal 608 Refrigerant Handling LicenseNATE Certified is highly preferredExceptional customer service mindsetAbility to work in a teamStrong communication skills
