Windows & Doors By Brownell a BMD company is seeking an Installed Sales Representative. Windows & Doors By Brownell believes in the product we sell, the employees we have and that the customer experience matters. We are an employee-owned (ESOP),specializing in the retail, residential, commercial and installed sales of the Marvin product with two Marvin Design Gallery Showrooms in Williston, VT and West Lebanon, NH.

The focus of this job position is the development of installed sales at Windows & Doors By Brownell. This person will conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, recommend the best window or door products for their home, provide a complete installation agreement for each project and meet with the homeowners in the showroom to review product options.

**Essential Functions**

* Propose customer solutions that meet their designs and needs

* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of WDB services, pricing and promotions

* Manage prospects and maintain good follow up practices

* Respond to all customer inquiries and questions in a timely manner

* Prepare and deliver quoting for projects and follow up within a week with the key decision makers

* Regularly meet with the Sales Manager to review activity and sales revenue

* Meet or exceed the business sales goals for the position

* Participate in the WDB Saturday store coverage rotation

* Other Duties as assigned
