BMB Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, technically proficient person to join our team as a Level 3 Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for Level 3 remote and deskside support in a fast paced IT Managed Service Provider Support environment. This is an excellent opportunity with room for growth!

What You'll Do:

• Provide Level 2 remote and onsite customer support
• Provide technical support as needed on IT projects
• Paperwork including time entries and workflow completed timely and properly
• Work includes assigned on-call shifts for Weekends and Holidays (rotation)

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and monitor several different communication channels (phone, email, MS Teams chats)
• Strong technical skillset and 2 – 4 years’ experience in technical support, preferably for a Managed Service Provider
• Experience in basic administration of Microsoft 365 (user management, licensing, basic Intune and Azure configuration)
• Access to reliable transportation to fulfill onsite support needs
• An ability to work independently or as part of a team
• An aptitude for technology, and a desire to build a career in IT within a growing organization!

What We Offer:

Salary: Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary negotiable based on candidate's expertise and fit for the role.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day (not including one hour lunch) and a minimum of 40 hours per week. The employee may also be asked to work weekends if necessary (the position is eligible for overtime, for hours worked in excess of 40 during the week).
