This position requires a high level of concentration to ensure the proper processing and recording, of individual customer bank statements and mailing inserts.

Confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and efficiency are critical to the successful execution of this position.

Completes assignments, utilizing considerable judgment and initiative.

• Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of assigned Statement Rendering functions.
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.

• Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective business relations with clients, vendors and other contacts.
• Resolves requests and problems or refers them appropriately.

• Good communication and coordination exist with BMA personnel and management. Assistance is provided as needed.

Qualifications

Training / Education / Certification

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

• Knowledge of basic office procedures.
