Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse
Location: Olympia Fields, IL
Shift: Day Shift, 8 hours
Duration: 13-week contract

Job Description:

• Provide perioperative care to surgical patients in the operating room
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract

Pay: $64.00 - $67.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
