Salary: Up to $65/hr c2c or 1099

Minimum Qualifications

A. Contractor shall possess at least 10 years of expertise, performing Oracle databases administration, PL/SQL development & ODA administration. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years experience using Oracle 19c.

B. Contractor shall possess at least 10 years of expertise in Oracle’s RAC systems, ASM, and RMAN technologies.

C. Contractor shall possess at least 10 years of expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.

D. Contractor must possess at least 10 years of expertise with data backup: full, incremental, and recovery.

E. Contractor shall possess at least 10 years of experience and knowledge with database security and privacy management meeting industry standards, best practices, and State & Federal requirements.

F. Contractor shall possess at least 10 years of hands-on experience writing PL/SQL database packages, procedures, functions, triggers, Indexes, etc.

G. Contractor shall possess at least 10 years of writing database documentation, including ERD, data standards, and PL/SQL stored procedures.

H. Contractor shall possess at least 10 years of monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast query responses to front-end users.

I. Contractor shall have Three (3) years of experience using GitHub for version control activities.

J. Contractor shall have Three (3) years of experience working in team environments using Scrum or hybrid Agile methodologies utilizing tools such as JIRA and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins.

K. Contractor shall have Three (3) years of experience working with development lifecycle such as the systems development lifecycle, concept, requirements, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
