BLUvera is a vertically integrated self-perform manufacturing and fabrication organization that utilizes advanced design, engineering, and 3D modeling to deliver prefabricated construction products on large scale commercial projects. By utilizing DfMA principles (design for manufacturing and assembly), BLUvera leverages technology in the manufacture and fabrication of steel frame wall panels intended for load bearing and non-load bearing applications for construction projects. As a Production Worker, your primary duties include the manufacturing and fabrication of construction related materials. General carpentry skills are desired - but willing to train.

RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Fabrication of assemblies
B. Operation of tools and equipment
C. Loading/unloading of materials
D. Material set up
E. Conduct quality checks
F. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
G. Packaging
H. Completes tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
I. All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A. High school diploma or GED.
B. Trade or technical school certification/diploma is a plus
C. Minimum of one year of light manufacturing or relevant work experience.

Carpentry experience preferred but not required.
