BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Our construction Project Directors are crucial to our organizational success because they have the ability to estimate and close the sale. This position has a starting salary of $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, and UNCAPPED commission potential!

 What does a Project Director do? They fix broken buildings!

The Project Director is responsible for estimating, closing the sale of, and managing restoration projects. The Project Director works closely with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties damaged by man-made or natural disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. The Project Director is the quarterback of the project, ensuring that budgets and projects are on track through completion.

This is a highly compensated position with UNCAPPED commission potential.
Base Salary Range is $70,000 to $100,000
Commission OTE starts from $70,000 to $200,000

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate, manage, and close account business leads from company and personal referral sources.
• Work closely with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, and hospitality properties.
• Target major accounts, large loss executives, insurance adjusters, consultants, and engineers.
• Must engage in 2-3 prospecting/business development calls, meetings, or networking events per week.
• Negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company.
• Meet or exceed account development and profitability goals.
• Inspect, and determine the appropriate scope of repairs.
• Prepare estimates promptly and accurately using the Xactimate platform.
• Foster close working relationships with subcontractors and vendor partners.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure an understanding of the scope, budget, and schedule of projects.
• Obtain client payments while maintaining a positive relationship.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of marketing/business development or sales experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing Xactimate or related estimating software preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
