bluewhite is Hiring an Assembly Line Material Handler Near Reedley, CA

Bluewhite is seeking a passionate, Assembly Line Material Handler to join our US team & help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology and 21st century farming. Pay scale for this position is $65 - $100k per year, DOE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

This role is based in Reedley, California. Bluewhite is a world leader in autonomous technologies and unmanned systems in agriculture. Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth flow of materials and components along the assembly line, keeping pace with production requirements.
  • Retrieve materials from storage areas and deliver them to the assembly line in a timely manner.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or designated storage locations.
  • Prepare and ship kits for customers, including packaging, documentation, and reporting of shipped items.
  • Verify the accuracy of materials and components before they are introduced to the assembly process.
  • Performing quarterly inventory counts and daily cycle counts as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with assembly line operators to ensure materials are readily available and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of materials usage and inventory movements.
  • Assist in keeping the assembly line area organized and free of obstacles to optimize efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself and fellow team members.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly line procedures.
  • Report any issues, defects, or shortages promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a cross functional team
  • Must have forklift driving experience
