Position Title: Integration Warehouse Supervisor
Team: Integration
Manager: Director of Managed Service & Install
Office Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Responsibilities:
  • Ship and receive packages from all carriers including freight companies.
  • Work in Q360 to ship and receive equipment for projects.
  • Prepare and manage warehouse project and company inventory specific to Integration to satisfy all year end audit requirements.
  • Communicate with Warehouse Manage to ensure proper trucking is supplied for needed projects.
  • Organize equipment by project on pallets and prepare equipment to be shipped via freight or taken by technicians for installation.
  • Basic Word and Excel knowledge to create signs and spreadsheets of listed equipment.
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and professional manner. (Bluewater will provide training as needed)
  • Work with technicians and project managers to ensure the proper equipment is ready for projects and deliveries.
  • Perform weekly inventories of materials.
  • Provide proper escalation to Director of Operations when needed for project or inventory specific needs.
  • Provide proper escalation to Warehouse when needed for trucking or warehouse facility needs.
  • Organize equipment in the warehouse for optimal efficiency.
  • Manage warehouse house to ensure all projects and inventory are managed efficiently.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Technical skills and data-entry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
  • Must be comfortable in a stressful atmosphere.

Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed, may require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as are required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. Position may include lifting up to 50 pounds for equipment.

  • Completion of project-related tasks.
  • Conduct weekly inventories.
  • Facilitate timely communication.
  • Following process for project preparedness.
  • Overall communication with other members of the integration division.
