Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for an IT Support Specialist as part of a tri-zone help desk team to handle daily maintenance and monitoring of managed hardware and software for Hanscom AFB clients, and customers in both classified and unclassified systems. Responsibilities * Provide IT consulting, advice, and liaison services as needed by the customer organization. * Deliver quality timely customer service while also meeting contract threshold metrics for phone and ticket resolutions. * Ensure all software installed on customer organization systems is appropriately licensed, authorized, and recorded in the base software license inventory. * Support expanded and related IT project efforts as directed. * Review processes and procedures and client configurations for completeness, effectiveness and compliance with information assurance polices. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in IT plus 3 years of experience relative experience. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute the degree.
* CompTIA A , and CompTIA Network certifications desired.
* ITIL certification desired.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10)
* Experience with Microsoft Office Products (O365/2016) Teams, Outlook.
