JOB SUMMARY

To support and help lead the efforts of the Planning team in meeting business objectives and exceeding Customer expectations.

Description (responsibilities/duties)

• Update and Maintain Master Schedule for Ready Refresh Production
• Plan Shipments against Daily Sales Data and Coordinate with Carrier
• Assign priority orders to production line and Carrier.
• Order Raw Materials and Maintain Inventory Levels.
• Maintain proper inventory levels at the plant and outside warehouse locations.
• Be proactive in identifying product issues and communicating to Locations/ Branches.
• Focus on achieving Daily Load out Goals at Branch Level.
• Proactively communicate within Planning Team and Ready Refresh branch Leadership
• Maintain accurate Data of Current shipments / Quantities.
• Follow up on Corrections to Load Reports
• Receive in Raw Materials Systematically on Returns and Transfers.
• Post out / Keep Current on Outbound orders (Subject to change if new process rolled out)
• Other duties as assigned by Planning Management Team
• Communicate and Create Orders for 3rd Party Vendors / Manage their inventory levels

Qualifications

• Demonstrated teamwork and proven track record of team engagement
• Must work well with others and engage cross-department accountability
• Proven ability to lead and engage teams in a changing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong SAP ability, preferred
• Ability to work Accurately and quickly to adhere to daily deadlines.
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office inc. intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be flexible in working hours – overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts.
