Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performs the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation. They are also responsible for ensuring inventory is properly maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.
Reporting Location: 3915 Caven Road, Austin, TX 78744
Compensation: $19.00 / hr base $1.00 per hour shift differential 5 pm to 5 am
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Start Time: 4:00 PM – until work is complete; 8 hrs/shift. Overtime may be required depending on business need

Skills Required:
- Safety is our #1 priority, and we count on you to ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
- Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers – by hand and forklift
- Palletize products for loading
- Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc. (it’s okay if you don’t know how, we’ll train you!)
- Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
- Ensure order accuracy
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
- Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled times)
Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
- You must have the ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
- You must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and be willing to work overtime as needed
- Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we will train associates
