Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Post Falls, ID is looking for a Part-Time Dental Office Team Member to join our growing pediatric dentistry team. The providers at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry have been proudly serving their patients and providing the highest quality dental care in Post Falls and the surrounding communities for many years.

Please note that this position requires travel to multiple locations (40% of your time).

How we serve you: Our most important accomplishment will be that through such a focus our team members will not only find joy and satisfaction in their professional lives but in their personal lives as well.

We provide additional support in the way of:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience starting between $19-$22 per hour including a $300 hiring incentive, $150 paid out at time of hire, and $150 paid out after completion of 90 days of employment.

What we need you to provide:
Effective communication skills, ability to follow all safety protocols, ability to remain focused and attentive, demonstrate and eagerness to learn and thrive in dentistry.
We seek someone that has good knowledge of dental equipment, attention to detail, be a team player, is self-motivated, and aligns with our mission, vision, and core values.

This position is considered a safety-sensitive position and, therefore, will require successful passing of a drug screen. Bluetree and its affiliated practices are committed to the health and safety of its employees and patients and follow all CDC, OSHA and American Dental Association guidelines.
