Trillium Staffing is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Denver, CO
Our client is an award winning mid-size commercial general contractor based in Denver, CO.
They specialize in new ground-up multi-family/mixed-use, branded hotel, healthcare/medical clinic, hospitality and other commercial builds throughout Denver and the surrounding communities. They are now looking to bring on a construction superintendent for direct hire with a salary between $95k and $125k plus benefits. These benefits include M/V/D, 401k, company vehicle and gas card, and unlimited PTO!
Duties:
-Responsible for the overall direction of project and subcontractor personnel.
-Maintain the quality control program.
-Coordinate field personnel and the flow of work for subcontractors, suppliers and the various tradespeople on site.
-Maintain and drive the schedule on a day-to-day basis, including all project schedule functions
-Development, implementation and enforcement of site-specific programs. He/she conducts regular inspections

Qualifications:
-5 years of on-site commercial GENERAL CONTRACTING construction management exp.
-MUST have ground-up, multi-story, wood frame build experience
-Concrete and MEP experience is a big plus
-Projects should include, but not limited to: multifamily and/or podium style builds, senior living facilities, hotels, mixed-use and/or office buildings.
-Safety oriented- OSHA 30 highly preferred
-Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
