As a Roaming Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working across various properties, delivering top-notch maintenance services and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role promises diversity, allowing you to demonstrate your expertise in different settings, making each day fulfilling and dynamic.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential/property management maintenance.
- Proficiency in drywall repair/sheetrock, angle stops, baseboard heater replacement, and water heater repairs and replacement.
- Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and promptly report any issues or concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and uphold a clean and organized work environment.
- On-call duty is required one week every six weeks.
- Strong preference and pay differential for individuals who have worked on standard residential appliances (dishwasher, refrigerators, ranges, w/d)
Compensation & Schedule:
- $$500 sign on bonus at 60 days employment and another at 120!
- Starting wage of $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate, with the opportunity for a company vehicle after 120 days.
