As a Speech Language Pathologist with Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH), a member of the BlueSprig Family of Companies, you will be a part of the early intervention assessment team. This interdisciplinary team assesses children with developmental delays ages 0 to 3 years old in our Monterey County area and develops treatment plans based on assessment outcomes. With this in mind, you will administer assessments, document and interpret data to generate reports and create outcomes tailored to the child's specific needs. Families are seen in our clinic or in their homes. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a lot of support and flexibility to our team members and pride ourselves in making this a collaborative space while also encouraging our team members to be autonomous and self-sufficient.
ABOUT YOU
You are a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with prior clinical and/or school-based experience providing speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 years. You can commit to our teams and families by believing deeply in the mission and values at TBH. You know the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of speech-language therapy. You have the ability to meet our credentialing process and supply us with your CAQH number upon acceptance of the position. You are passionate about everything you do and love watching your clients reach new heights!
