BlueSprig is Hiring a Clinical Director (BCBA) Near Smyrna, TN

Base Salary Range: around $80,000 depending on experience lucrative center performance bonus paid quarterly!

As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the leadership of the Center, shaping culture and leading in clinical excellence. Our Smyrna TN facility is a beautiful brand new 6,000sqft building with a thriving client base!

Your Role as a Clinical Director at BlueSprig

As a Clinical Director, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:

  • Oversee and manage Clinical Supervisors to ensure highest clinical quality of services
  • Evaluate center's clinical capacity and promote center growth
  • Oversee implementation of treatment plans of all clients in the center
  • Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team to create individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct and oversee functional analysis, intake, and progress assessments
  • Support staff, clients, and families to ensure client success
  • Implement and supervise behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
  • Mentor and lead teams of BCBAs and RBTs working with clients
  • Participate in selection process of growing the BCBA team
