As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:

  • Oversee implementation of treatment plans of all clients in the center
  • Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team to create individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct and oversee functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
  • Support staff, clients and families to ensure client success
  • Implement and supervise behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
  • Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working with clients
