BlueSkies for children is a national model for early care and education, and is the only child care center in Oakland accredited by NAEYC, providing a balanced program of nurturing and enrichment all day and all year for children from infancy through age five. • Ideal candidates will have:
• 12 units of ECE (AA or BA preferred)
• 1-3 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education
• Experience working in a play-based program where children are guided in a flexible, subtle manner

• Ability to work in a flexible and creative way, adapting to changes
• Strong communication skills
• Skills working in a collaborative team environment
